Questions

What founders ask us first

Where do I start?

Message us on WhatsApp or Telegram, or use the form, and tell us what you plan. We'll ask questions or suggest a call.

How much does registration cost, and how long does it take?

Usually 2–3 weeks, from $1,500. With full documentation, 3–4 weeks, from $2,500.

Can a foreigner own the whole company?

As a rule, yes. Some sectors require a Lao shareholder, and we check this for your activity.

What do you need for a first conversation?

Your activity, who the owners are and where they're based, and a rough timeline. No documents yet.

Do I need to come to Laos?

Not for every stage. On one of our projects the owner flew in only at the end, for the visa stamp.

Do you help with bank documents?

Yes, we prepare the documents a bank asks for. The decision to open an account is always the bank's.

Enquiry

Tell us what you're setting up.

Three lines are enough. We'll reply wherever suits you.

How should we reply?

Your activity, where you are now and when you want to start.

We use your details only to reply to this enquiry.
